Here is your December edition of The Goods, where I share some items, resources and ideas that are upleveling my life, in the hope they will perhaps spark joy and inspiration in your life as well!

[for your body] Life Elements Muscle + Joint Relief

You’ve probably heard me talk already about how much upper back and neck pain I had in 2023. It's been a humbling journey! I’ve taken many measures to soothe and improve whatever's going on back there, and one product that I am SO very grateful for is this muscle rub. I ordered the 2500mg Extra Strength dosage, and it seriously helps. When I feel the tension start to build or feel something get tweaked, my protocol has been a) take a hot back with epsom salts and b) rub some of this on asap. It’s been very helpful! If you have any pain you’ve been navigating in your body temple, I cannot recommend this product highly enough. Yes, it is expensive, and it will last you a long while. 

[for your immune system] Beekeepers Natural throat spray + Xlear Nasal Spray

These two products have been keeping me free and clear of colds and flus this season. Despite getting on airplanes a number of times and holding group retreats, I have been pretty dang healthy and haven't gotten taken down by anything. Yay for immune protocols! I carry these two products with me these days, especially when I travel. The nasal spray I’ve been using morning and evening, and the throat spray as needed, especially when I’m traveling or exposed to big groups of people. 

[for the year ahead] Luminous Life Design Annual Planning Challenge

Whoot! It’s that time again, and I’m SO excited for this year’s LLD program. If you’ve never attended this workshop before, it’s probably my most beloved offering where we gather in a group online in January and plan the year ahead together. I offer ALL my best tips, tricks and resources that I use myself to be prolific, peaceful, powerful and prosperous in my tasking. If you’ve attended in the past, I’m adding some new juicy material, plus an included Q+A call on the back end. I hope you’ll join us! Plus, this year I’m donating $10 from each sale to Lifting Hands International, an organization that’s on the ground providing essential humanitarian aid to Gazan refugees as we speak. [for your children + inner child] Rufus and Bea

I have probably told you about this album already, but it's worth singing the praises and sharing the love again! My friends Lisa + Ryan have created something truly special with their vision of helping children’s mental health through the medicine of music and storytelling. This debut album is only the first star in the constellation of an entire world of books, podcasts, albums and beyond they are dreaming forth in the future. Please share this album with anyone in your life who has young children! And also, do yourself a favor and give it a listen. So. damn. Catchy.

[for your ambition] How to Manifest with Marianne Williamson

Marianne has taught me so much, and affirmed so deeply, about dismantling the energy of ambition. There is a LOT to say on this topic, and you can listen to my podcast episode on the topic for more. This video feels on point as we look toward 2024, and likely get ready to do some deep visioning and manifesting for what we are calling forth next year. Give this talk a listen in the closing days of 2023, and I’d love to hear what you think.
