We’ll challenge you to do this work for others, to put your gifts out so people can actually find you. The goal: feel well- utilized by creative universal energy!
03. Business Alchemy
Alchemy is the actual + metaphorical process of turning lead to gold. I believe business is personal, and it’s spiritual too. As you build your body of work and activate your next level of leadership, you’ll need tools, frameworks, resources + training to create a business that will hold you as you evolve. Set to the rhythm of the seasons, you’re guided every step of the way: from systems to client initiation to content creation to launching + beyond.
04. Devotional Mastery
Showing up for ourselves is the biggest challenge we face. Our inner resistance + the noisy digital age distract us from our intuition and guidance system. We’ll use the ancient framework of a 40-day practice to align with the seasons and anchor new codes of consistency + discipline. Learn what it truly looks like to ritualize your life while breaking old patterns. An embodied process of movement, creativity + contemplation: if consistency is the key to mastery, this is the doorway.
05. Creative Activation
Creativity is your greatest source of untapped prosperity, and the secret to remaining vital and aligned with your mission. We’ll journey through 4 universal creative phases, leaning into the timeless magic of music, movement, writing and the force of creation inside your own body. In our monthly group Creative Co-working sessions, you’ll learn a highly effective way to access flow states and get. shit. done. Romance the muse and invite forth new ideas, methodologies + perspectives for work + life.
06. Holistic Prosperity
Prosperity is an ability to turn your skills, gifts + creativity into resources. True prosperity is holistic, dwelling inside a thriving ecosystem of which you are a part. It manifests in your relationships, home, quality of attention, peace of mind and, yes, your bank account. We’ll bring the money conversation forward with a deep soul embodiment. Finances are part of our mythic curriculum as humans. Roll up your sleeves, make money, and do it with integrity, delight and devotion.

Metamorphosis is a 4-stage process of inner + outer growth, guided by Nature herself
01. RELEASE.
Phase: The caterpillar.
Season: Autumn.
Energy: Celebrate the harvest of all we've learned from previous cycles + lessons while simultaneously releasing what’s ready to complete. Recognize the current form as temporary, transient, as we're on our way to something completely new. Be willing to take a descent into the unknown.
Actions: Say no to unwanted projects. Clear creative cobwebs. Prune the dead limbs. Simplify. Remove things from our calendar and to-do list instead of adding. Implement healthy boundaries.

02. EVOLVE.
Phase: The chrysalis.
Season: Winter.

REFUND POLICY
Metamorphosis is a small, intimate container. If you commit, you’re committing for the entirety of the journey.
I keep this container relatively small to maintain the intimate nature of the Work and the relationships forged inside. Doors only open 2-3 times per year for new members with a cap of 20 maximum at any time. Therefore filling your spot is not a quick feat, nor do cancellations lend themselves well to the integrity and trust of the experience.
I consider Metamorphosis as a significant investment in your leadership development, your business + your body of work. Assuming you show up, participate fully and do the Work, you’ll experience a ROI that extends years into the future.
