LESS FORCE.
MORE FLOW.
Working, creating, living—at the pace of presence.
In the Britta GreenViolet ecosystem, I teach folks to embrace their humanity again and create sustainability inside their work and life. I’m all about productivity that doesn’t sacrifice wellbeing; abundance that doesn’t sacrifice our values; creativity that doesn’t sacrifice our joy; and peace of mind that alchemizes (not bypasses) our biggest challenges.
I geek out on archetypes, seasons, cycles of creativity, and get high on dispelling anxiety, overwhelm and unhealthy fear.
Though group and private mentorship, courses, articles and podcasts, I bring the sacred into the realm of strategy and integrating spirituality in our daily work and daily lives.
I’m Britta.
AT YOUR SERVICE.
Britta Gudmunson (aka Britta GreenViolet) is a spirit-led teacher, writer and mentor. She guides purpose-driven founders, leaders, and creatives toward peace of mind—so they can step off the hustle treadmill, honor their humanity, and create from a place of soulful clarity.
A published author, recording artist, musician and minister, Britta's genius lies in bridging the mystical and the mundane, and facilitating courageous spaces for unapologetic authentic expression.
A published author of “Eat Here Now: a bite-sized guide to ritualize your life, nourish your body and feed your spirit.” and published recording artist of two albums, Britta’s work is informed by over a decade of study, research and inquiry in the fields of leadership development, embodiment, creativity, communication, ministry, mindfulness, integrative nutrition, plant medicines, yoga, sound healing and music.
Britta & her beloved Ben are also songleaders and prior co-creators of the inCourage Chorus, a non-audition community choir lifting the collective spirit through musical activism.

My land
I BELONG TO THE LAND
where I work, live and love: on the shores of the Salish Sea, in what’s now known as Washington State. These are the unceded territories—meaning these lands were taken forcibly—of the Coast Salish Tribes, including the Squaxin, S’Klallum, Cayuse, Umatilla, Walla Walla, and dxʷsəq̓ʷəbš (Suquamish).
Living in this majestic place, where the forest and salty inland sea meet two snow-capped mountain-ranges, is a gift and a privilege. These waters, trees and vistas have raised me, defined me, shaped me, into an earth-adorer.
May it be that every human gets to feel so connected to the land under their feet.
That said: my ancestors come from Ireland, Scotland, Wales and Norway. A long way from here. As I endeavor to remember the natives ones whose land was stolen from them, I also continue to make strides toward reconnecting with my ancestors, with the land, language and songs of my people.

GIVING back
The African word “ubuntu” means I am because we are. These are some of the orgs I give to financially. To feed what has fed me so generously, to help how I can.
Indigenous Reciprocity Initiative
Supporting plant medicine by nurturing ecological wellbeing, including land rights activism, bolstering food security, and strengthening economic resilience:
The Indigenous Reciprocity Initiative of the Americas (IRI) is a grassroots network of Indigenous community organizations fighting for land, water, food, medicine and culture.
Indigenous Medicine Conservation Fund
IMCF’s mission is to ensure a future where Indigenous Peoples, their medicines and knowledges thrive for generations to come.
Tree Sisters
Ethical, community + women-led planting projects which restores diverse forest ecosystems and habitats, and protects critically endangered species.
Lifting Hands International
LHI provides humanitarian aid to refugees, both at home and abroad. I donate to their Gaza program, to help Gazans get the mental health and psychosocial support they need.
The Sonder Project
The Sonder Project partners with rural communities to drill closed-system wells and install water pumps to access freshwater aquifers deep underground. I donate to build wells and increase fresh water access in Burkina Faso, in Malidome & Sobonfu Somé’s communities.
