5 codes to embody this autumn đ
I geek out on seasonal archetypes and energetics.
Thatâs because each season has its own unique code, created by mother nature herself, for our optimal ability to be generative yet relaxed.
This transition into autumn (here in the northern hemisphere) has inspired me to create these 5 codes for the season... I hope youâll find them as clarifying and helpful as I have.
Code 1: SIMPLIFICATION
of systems, processes and spaces.
Your modus operandi is ready for a revamp⊠and I donât mean more. I mean LESS.
Less digital and physical clutter.
Less clothes you donât wear.
Less marketing platforms.
Less books on your nightstand.
Less.
Which makes room for more of whatâs most important.
Code 2: ACCOUNTABILITY
to do the things that matter most.
We all need it. Truly, we do.
Even the most incredible self-starting, paradigm-shifting, culture-making movers and shakers need someone or something to hold them to their own word, commitments and structures.
I listened to a chapter in Brene Brown's new book where she confessed to being resistant to scheduling. WTF? Suffice to say, something as simple as scheduling her next hair appointment in advance is changing her life.
As we look down the swiftly narrowing pathway of 2025, what tasks, projects, or goals are waiting in the wings, hoping youâll commit to an effective plan of accountability so you actually do them?
Code 3: ACTIVATION
of your 2025 projects, your 2026 vision, and your creative potential.
Once the accountability and structure is in place, taking aligned action comes naturally.
What will you do with all that glorious creative potential waiting to burst from your fingertips this season?
Whatâs waiting to be activated as this year draws to a close, and as the chapter to 2026 gets closer?
What kind of support do you need to actually do the thing?
Code 4: EASE
instead of overwhelm and the occasional anxiety trip.
Autumn, like all of life, is full of paradox.
True, itâs a time to release whatâs no longer needed and begin to settle into a slower pace.
AND
Itâs also the start of holiday season and what can be a frantic race to the finish line.
Donât succumb to the hype. Stand your ground.
Activate your most streamlined, efficient plan of action for tying up loose ends and completing your projects. But donât spiral into overwhelm in the process. Allow EASE to be your ally.
Code 5: RELEASE
your ego, attachments, comparisons, and the need to prove yourself.
Autumn, and life, is a dance of divine surrendering (which is also the title of a great song I cover).
Like the leaves falling from the trees, I pray that we can release and bless whatever is not for us.
Stories like âwhy hasnât it happened for me yet?â or âthis isnât workingâ or âI wish I had what they haveâ are arrows showing me the situations where I need to fully fucking let go of my expectations, assumptions, entitlements and egoic attachment to who I think I am or what I think I should be doing.
đ
Happy coding, beloved.
May your creations, relations and endeavors this season be powerful and full of ease!
