Blarg.

Tomorrow, August 12, presents us earthlings with a total solar eclipse.

The narrow path of totality will sweep through the Arctic, Greenland, Iceland and a sliver of northern Spain (I have a few friends who even made the trek to Spain to glimpse this rare event).

Chani gives a great diatribe on eclipse medicine if you're keen to learn more.

Suffice to say, an eclipse of the sun darkens the obvious.

Is this why I'm caught in a sudden cascade of snafus?

This morning I discovered:

a) an event I'm scheduled to attend in Big Sur has been re-routed last minute, because Big Sur is on fire. Blarg

b) the very time-relevant podcast I was *so* excited to publish this morning called "Clinging, Fire" mysteriously cut off at 10 minutes. I neglected to catch this before deleting it from my recording software, so now I need to re-record the entire thing. Blarg.

c) Several folks have informed me that the "LEO44" discount code for my 24-hour birthday sale late last week didn't work for them. Blarg!
This is what my sister Katerina (whose birthday it is today!) would call a "surrender sandwich."

🥪

Friend, celebrate or honor the eclipse however feels right to you.

You may want to hunker down.

And hey, if you missed the sale (or tried and failed, blarg) please give it another go!

I've reinstated the LEO44 code at checkout until August 13th.

Perhaps you might want to spend the solar eclipse dipping into one of my offerings! As a reminder, this code also applies for a 1-1 private strategy session (a rare deal.)

That podcast was so good, y'all. I will re-record, and let you know when it's back up for your contemplation.
