I am Sovereign AND deeply supported ✨

I had a profound experience of healing in the bath this week.

Anyone else experience bath time as the ultimate tune up?

I've shared previously that this year has entailed a lot of unpacking for me of what I've discovered to be my core wound— a deeply engrained belief that "It's all up to me, and I have to do it alone" — which goes back to my childhood.

When unchecked, I'm astounded to see how this wound shows up anywhere and everywhere in my present day life. It's been a true awakening to realize how often my wounded, confused and deluded 5-year old is in the driver's seat of my life.

Continuing to digest and metabolize this core wound is an ongoing process. This week I sank deeper into a fascinating paradoxical understanding that feels central to my own integration and healing...

I am both sovereign and deeply, divinely supported.

This feels like a paradox to my wounding because how can I be empowered with free will and sovereign choice while also being guided by spirit and deeply supported by cosmic forces? I feel I'm unraveling a misunderstanding that sovereignty does not mean I am always in control. Sovereignty means I am empowered with choice in any given moment on how I will carry and conduct myself, how I will shift my perspective, and what action I will take that is aligned with my higher purpose.

And so beloved, today I'd love to offer you an invocation that came streaming through me in this state of clarity and awe.

I wrote it in my journal by candlelight in the bath. The ink is smudged in places from the moisture on my body as I wrote. My hands were slightly shaking as I wrote it, taking deep breaths and feeling immense gratitude for the clarity coming through. 

May it resonate with parts of you who needs to be reminded of and re-membered as your highest self.

I have nothing to prove.

I am divinely supported.

I am never alone.

I get to make a sovereign choice

to create and offer 

as the 

Sage-Warrior-Priestess

I am.

And I do!

I love to be in holy co-creation with spirit

and divine collaboration with soul allies.

Everything I need is at my fingertips,

and I receive with a

grateful,

sovereign

heart.

My dear friend Zan reflected to me that is how he sees me, and it was a beautiful moment of feeling clearly witnessed. Also, he was speaking my language! I love to describe us humans in archetypal terms, as it takes us out of 'what I do' and moves us into 'who am I becoming as my fully realized Self?'
